Instadaddy is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides third-party automation tools for official Meta Instagram Business APIs. The Service allows users to create automated replies, manage communication, and analyze engagement. We are not owned or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of the Service requires a separate active Instagram Business account.
3. User Accounts
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- Security: You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Accuracy: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account and during your use of the Service.
4. Payments and Refunds
- Billing: Services are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually). Payments are processed securely via our payment gateways.
- Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.
- Refunds: All payments are strictly non-refundable unless legally required by your territory's consumer protection laws.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
It is strictly prohibited to use Instadaddy for:
- Violating Meta's official Platform Policies or Instagram Community Guidelines.
- Sending unsolicited promotions, spam, or abusive messages.
- Scraping, reverse engineering, or attempting to compromise the Service's infrastructure.
- Collecting sensitive personal data (e.g., social security numbers, medical information) through our automation tools.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Instadaddy and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or actions taken by Meta (such as account restrictions or bans resulting from your automation configurations).
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service or if we determine your use poses a risk to the platform, other users, or our standing with Meta API agreements.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date." Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
